Indie audio tools · built one at a time

Streamlined audio tools for the boom bap era.

Sample packs, sample manipulation plugins, and organization software that do one thing properly. No 40-knob interfaces, no subscriptions, no 12GB installers. Just tools that keep you in the beat.

Sample Packs

From $9

Hand-recorded dust: tape-saturated drum breaks, warped Rhodes loops, room-mic'd percussion and vinyl noise beds. Every pack is tempo-labelled, key-labelled, and small enough to actually browse.

  • 24-bit WAV
  • Royalty-free
  • Under 400MB per pack

Pack Forge

Sample pack creation software · $39

Turn a folder of raw recordings into a finished, sellable pack. Batch trim, normalize, auto-detect BPM and key, name by rule, and export the artwork and metadata sheet in one pass.

  • Batch processing
  • BPM + key detection
  • One-click export

Dusty Chop

Sample manipulation plugin · $29

Drag a record in, chop it out. Transient slicing, tape wobble, bit-crushed resampling and a saturation stage tuned for MPC-style grit — all on one screen you can learn in five minutes.

  • VST3 / AU / AAX
  • Zero-latency preview
  • MIDI slice export

Crate

Sample organization software · $19

Your whole sample library, finally findable. Instant search, auto-tagging by content, duplicate hunting, and crates you build like playlists. Reads your existing folders — no importing, no lock-in.

  • Instant search
  • Auto-tagging
  • Non-destructive

Small studio. Focused tools. No bloat.

Priced like a coffee run

Nothing here costs more than $39, and nothing is a subscription. If a tool only does one thing, it should be priced like one thing.

Streamlined on purpose

Every feature has to earn its place on screen. Fast installs, light CPU, and interfaces you understand before the loop comes back around.

Made by someone who makes beats

These tools exist because I needed them at 2am with a stack of records. They get tested on real sessions before they get sold.

The studio

One person, one room, a lot of records.

Supernatural.Audio is an independent studio of exactly one. I write the code, record the samples, draw the interfaces and answer the emails. That's slower than a big company — and it's why nothing ships until it feels right under the fingers.

The focus is specialized audio experiences: tools built for a specific way of working rather than for everyone at once. Right now that means the lofi and boom bap side of things — dusty loops, chopped breaks, tape hiss used on purpose.

If you buy something and it doesn't do what you hoped, write to me. You'll get a person, usually within a day.

Custom builds

Got an idea nobody has built yet? Ask.

I take on a small number of custom requests when they're a good fit. Tell me what you're trying to do, what you're using now, and where it breaks. If I can build it, you'll get a straight answer on scope, price and timeline — and if I can't, I'll say so and point you somewhere better.

  • A plugin that does the one weird thing your workflow needs
  • A bespoke sample pack recorded around your palette
  • A batch tool for renaming, tagging or converting a library
  • A stripped-down version of an existing tool for your studio
